چکیده
This study analyse the type of release kinetic specific monomers from dental resin composites containing various fluoride-doped calcium phosphates. The behavior urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA), ethoxylated bisphenol-A (bis-EMA) and 1.6-hexanediol ethoxylate diacrylate (HEDA) was evaluated over a period 35 days. Two tailored phosphates doped with different concentrations fluoride salts (VS10% VS20%) were prepared incorporated in matrix at to generate range experimental composites. kinetics characterized using mathematical models such as zero-order, first-order, Peppas Higuchi models. results showed that first-order model best described kinetics. UDMA HEDA exhibited significant differences compared bis-EMA day 1, while no observed between HEDA, except on 35, when higher rate than HEDA. When comparing each monomer, VS20-R20% had highest total percentage, 3.10 ± 0.25%, whereas composite VS10-R5% lowest 1.66 0.08%. influenced by composition presence sodium phosphate played role maximum amounts monomer released. In conclusion, tested followed behaviour, an initial rapid decreased time. VS10-R10% release, suggesting its potential favourable reduced elution. These findings contribute understanding provide insights for development resin-based bioactive materials.

This study compared fluoride release from three fluoride-releasing dental adhesives (Trial KBF Bond, One-up Bond F, Reactmer Bond) and one conventional dental adhesive (Clearfil SE Bond) for 70 days in vitro. From each material, five disk-shaped specimens (diameter: 9.0 mm, height: 1.5 mm) were prepared and immersed in 5 ml of 10 mM phosphate buffered solution (pH 7.0). After 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 2...

Pure and Mg and F doped nano-calcium phosphates (CaP), which were synthesized by a precipitation method to investigate their microstructural and mechanical properties. After the drying and calcination processes, the samples were sintered at 1100 C for 1 hour. High densities were achieved except for the 7.5% mole Mg doped samples. Due to the Mg substitution, β-TCP phase was detected besides HAp,...
متن کاملThe Kinetics of Crystallization of Calcium Fluoride
A new method is described for studying reproducibly, the kinetics of crystallization of calcium fluoride under conditions of constant solution composition. The method can be used even at very low supersaturation. The rate is proportional to the square of the supersaturation, over the range of relative supersaturation, S = 0.20 1.66. The results point to a surface controlled crystallization. The...
